Price, lead time, freight and documentation are confirmed during commercial review for each requirement. They are not pre-existing commitments. ANDES provides commercial sourcing, not engineering services.
Quality & Traceability
How ANDES controls a requirement commercially. These are review and control steps applied per requirement — not a certified quality system and not a guarantee of documentation that has not yet been obtained.
- Exact Requirement Control
- The requirement is recorded as stated by the buyer: manufacturer, part number or model, specification, quantity and destination.
- Manufacturer & Part-Number Verification
- Manufacturer and part-number identity are reviewed against the buyer's data before quotation.
- Source Documentation Review
- Documentation offered by the supply source is reviewed for consistency with the stated requirement.
- Country-of-Origin Documentation When Required
- Country-of-origin documentation is requested and confirmed per requirement when available or required.
- Technical-Deviation Identification
- Differences between the requirement and what a supply route can offer are identified and stated to the buyer.
- No Unvalidated Substitution or Equivalence
- ANDES does not present a substitution or equivalence as validated unless it has been technically confirmed for that requirement.
- Order Documentation Control
- Quotation, order confirmation and associated documentation are controlled against the requirement as accepted in writing.
